How am I different than others?

Simple - I work fully in 3D and utilize virtual reality.

Like all Architects, I work in 2D to provide drawings of floor plans, elevations, sections, etc.  Don't get me wrong - 2D drawings are incredibly important but, a lot of people have trouble envisioning a floor plan as a 3D space.

That's where my work process becomes a huge benefit to my clients.  I'll typically start out with hand sketches and then once we have a good direction for your design I take a very different route than most architects.  I bring your project into 3D and so that you can experience your project in virtual reality for the remainder of the design process.

What does this mean to you?

This allows you to experience your project virtually before a shovel hits the ground.  This process can allow you to avoid costly changes during construction simply because you may not have understood how the spaces would look or feel.

It means that I can provide 3D renderings and 3D views of any area that you'd like to see.  I can guide you on a virtual reality 3D tour (either in person or on a video conference call) so that you can experience your new home from the comfort of your couch.

If you prefer to navigate the virtual model on your own you can download an app on your phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop, and navigate the 3D model at your leisure.  My clients (and especially their kids) absolutely love this!

Want to see it larger?  You can mirror from phone, tablet, or laptop onto your large screen TV and do a self guided virtual walk through of the space with the entire family if you'd like.  It's an incredibly powerful aspect of how I work.  My clients have found it extremely helpful in terms of understanding what their home will look like and how their new spaces will feel.
